Why my “Outlaw” past is my best business tool.
Most people look at a 10/10 ACE score and a felony record and see a “problem.” They think it means you are broken. They think it means you can’t lead.
They are wrong.
In Alaska, we know how to survive. My name is Til, and I spent years helping our people through grief and trauma. I’ve seen the hardest parts of life. I’ve lived them, too. But I’m done just “recovering.” I’m here to build.
I am The Posh Outlaw.
I have a “different” brain. It’s called AuDHD. For a long time, I thought it was a mess. Now, I see it as a superpower. My brain doesn’t see a list of chores; it sees patterns. It sees colors. It sees how to fix a business or a system before it even breaks.
Here is the truth:
- The Outlaw: I learned how to be resourceful from my father. I did what I had to do as a single mom to get through college. That “hustle” is what makes me a great strategist today.
- The Posh: I take that grit and put it into high-level business plans. I don’t just organize files; I architect empires.
I’m moving away from “healing circles” and moving toward Sovereign Systems. If you have a past that people say makes you “unqualified,” listen up: Your survival skills are actually executive skills. Your trauma gave you grit. Your neuro-spicy brain gives you vision.
I’m not here to help you cry about the past. I’m here to help you use that past to win.
I don’t lead groups anymore. I build dreams. Let’s get to work.
